Hello! My name is Lisa and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Subconscious Mindset Coach, that specializes in helping people get back into their creation power and be free from limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviors and emotional triggers in order to experience more freedom and happiness in their life, work and relationships. I started my work with one goal in mind: to help people achieve the life they desire and deserve.

Together, we delve into the root causes of your circumstances and release them, identify your desired outcomes, and cultivate the mindset necessary to bring those outcomes to fruition. My background in hypnotherapy combined with my always-held interest in personal interest in the subconscious mind and personal development help others find freedom from unwanted habits, emotions and unpleasant recurring patterns in their life. I believe that everyone should be free from the burdens of subconscious success blocks, limiting beliefs and emotional stress to create their best life now!
